Any order over $20 will ship for free. Orders that only contain our pods will ship for $3. Orders that contain bottles will ship for $5.  

Yes! We want to make sure that you love Petal as much as we do. But, if you decide that Petal isn’t for you, simply send us an email at help@withpetal.com (please include your order number if you have it handy). We’ll try our best to make things right! If we can’t, we ask that you ship your order back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive your order and get a chance to check everything out, we’ll refund your money using the payment method that was used for the original order. We ask that you ship the product back to us within 30 days of receiving your return label instructions from us.
